Why does it seem like I have a different Energy Saver Preference Pane than everyone?

In all the screenshots I see of Energy Save.prefpane, I notice that people have a "Better Battery Life" setting or something similar. However, my Energy Saver looks like this (screenshot below). Why is this? Anyway to change it if it is actually different and incorrect? Thanks.

I am not really sure why the difference. Hopefully somebody else will have some ideas?

Hehe, can mention something though..
Macbook Pro 13 inch, late 2009.

One weird fact is that I got install CD for Macbook Air with my Macbook, maybe thats the difference?
Here´s how the install-thingy looks when CD is inserted(Win XP though, but still):

I can't find the right thread at the moment but I think it has to do with the unibodies. They have different energy saver preferences than the previous models.
