why does lock screen on the X always show the music player?

The music player just shows up and I never use the music app. I can open the music app then close it and its gone for a little while but it always comes back and its pretty annoying.
This was also a fresh instal of iOS. No backups.

Maybe if you turn off show on lock screen in the notifications menu for music it will kill it
