Why does my Firefox close?

If i put online video in full screen on my mac with my Firefox browser then press the esc key to exit the full screen viewing, my entire Firefox browse quits.
All open Firefox windows and tabs are closed and not recovered when I reopen Firefox, the problem started about a month ago.

Does anyone know how to stop this happening?

Don't use the esc key. Go back to the Window menu and pick Zoom again.

Have you tried uninstalling and installing again? It shouldn't do that and I can see how it gets annoying after a while.

Reinstall

Reinstall the program, if not working, delete it and download firefox again, still not working?
Use safari!
