i would turn it off and about 20 minutes later it would turn back on

I notice this issue when WiFi is enabled and I awake the screen. Seems as if when the iPhone's screen turns off, the 3G engages and then when the screen is awakened, the WiFi returns. Anyone else?

It could because it has a software problem. Not sure. But if you hold the home button and the power button until the apple shows up that might help.
