Why does my macs fan blast while others dont? (15"rMBP)

So when im loading an app such as photoshop and games my mac's fans instantly start to go on max and its so loud and its get hot. While my friend loads something similar and his fans are quiet and barely running.

Your discrete GPU is way more powerful, and produces a lot more heat, than the integrated GPU. When apps that make heavy use of graphics start up, the dGPU starts up and your macbook starts sterilizing your genitals.

Your GPU is too sexy. When apps use it, heat is generate a lot more than the other Mac but you're also getting Better performance out of it.
