Look Nicer that my Ipod Touch. Now Granted the Zen has alot of other Deficienceis, but the 2.5 inch screen that's only 320x240 put's to shame my Touch when put side by Side. It has much better Color and Contrast. Why Does'nt my $400 device?

While the contrast could definitely use improving, I find nothing wrong with the colour on my Touch. It's quite bright and vivid -- brighter even than my desktop monitor at full brightness.
Perhaps the problem is with your touch. A friend of mine has a Zen, and my iPhone beats the color and clarity of his Zen hands down.

Brightness at Full Yikes that's high isn't it:? Mine's at about 50%, Auto Brightness Off. The screen lacks contrast and the colors are just kinda drab
