Why does my videos not import into my iPhone/iPad? I have a samsung camera. The videos are imported into iPhoto ok and plays fine in quicktime. The files are mp4 format. But in iTunes, if I try to sync the videos into my devices (iPhones/iPads) it gives an error saying the format is not supported. What should I do?

handbrake is the way to go for all your video needs.

There used to be an easier way built in to itunes, but I am not sure if it is still in the latest versions and I dont have any way to test it right now - but if the video can be added to your itunes library then try right clicking on it and see if there is an option for "convert to iPod"

keep in mind that it is very likely that this option no longer exists. I haven't seen it since iTunes 6 at least and have been using handbrake since then.
