so I have 2 Macs in the house, My MBP 2.16 and my fiancee's MB 2.16, on both of our macs when we open the lid to wake them up from sleep mode, they take a few minutes to find the wireless signal, and then after typing anything and hitting enter, it starts searching a wireless signal again as if it was dropped, even though it was connected to it just seconds ago, please help this is frustrating because it does it all the time.

any ideas they will be appreciate it.

well does ur fiances signal drop as well, because some mbps have issues with connecting to wireless because the case is aluminum

This is not accurate. The antenna is not blocked by aluminum. My MBP is 28' from the router, through a closed door, with no connection problems. The issue is more likely interference from other wireless sources.

It is an existing bug... what version of OS X are you running? I think 10.5.3 resolved this for me ;-)

... Are you running an Airport Router? Is it's firmware up to date.

(Also... The case blocking the signal is pretty much the most awesome and inaccurate reply ever)
