iOS Why does NavigationBar show part at first?

I have to UIViewController with UINavigationBar and UIWebView, when I flip main controller to Sub controller, I am not sure the NavigationBar on sub controller show part of it at first, you can check it at attachment.

I add NavigationBar and WebView in IB and no any special code in viewDidLoad, viewWillAppear and viewDidAppear, does anyone tell me why?
