Every time I log in or boot up on my macbook, Omni Outliner opens up an untitled file a lot of random data in it. I have never even used omni outliner before. How can I get it to stop?

This happened after I restored a hard drive with Super Duper. Before this omni outliner problem, it opened up a random gif file in preview. I fixed that by deleting the file from the system.

How can I get it to stop?

Check your user account in system prefs. There is a tab that reads login items. It's likely that Omni is in there. Just go ahead and clear that entire list. It's just killing your boot time. If that doesn't help, you can always just trash Omin, especially if you're not using it.
