I recorded some music on Logic Pro X and filmed at the same time in Photobooth. I bought them into the same project, and they lose sync. I imagine the problem is the frame rate of the Photobooth video seems to be a weird number: 20.02. Is there any way to automatically conform my project to that odd frame rate? Or do I first need to sent it to Compressor to make it 24fps? i can get it to sync to a point....but then as time goes on, it loses sync. Very weird.

That's a ****ed up frame-rate indeed. Pretty sure my PhotoBooth recordings have been at higher frame rates, though I generally don't use the app. If it's synced for a little bit, and then gets unsynced again you'll need to either increase or decrease the duration of one of the two I think
