Today I discovered, that on my Dell 43 Ultra HD 4K Multi-Client Monitor P4317Q, resolution between 3008 x 1692 to 3840 x 2160, looks terrible, not clear, torn font etc. Why on resolution bellow or equal 3008x1692 fonts look very good, and clear? Can anybody explain it? Is it a bug on os x?

It is scaling the fonts, so you'll lose detail the smaller they go (smaller letters means fewer pixels on screen to draw each letter with). Plus, at 43", there's a lot of empty space between those pixels. That's only 102 ppi at that size.

When I was using a Dell 32" 4K, I generally kept it at 3008x1692 as well.
