Why does the game or app think my 2TB iPhone is 1TB model?

Maybe some games or apps reverse 2TB internal storage as an exclusive feature for an iPad, not an iPhone, on the iOS (iPadOS included) operating system. That's why Hearthstone thinks my 2TB iPhone 17 Pro Max is a 1TB iPhone 17 Pro Max! Why does that happen???
