Why does the image blocking effect of ImaSafari stay on even after uninstalling it?

Anyone ever install this tweak?

ImaSafari tweak let's you block all images in Safari (useful for loading web pages faster).

So I uninstall it in Cydia, clear Safari's history + cookies, and restart my phone but I'm STILL blocking all images even with it completely gone from my phone!!! :eek:

Anyone know why this is happening? :confused:
