Why does things look dull on my MacBook?

The round buttons aren't round anymore (they used to look like this;

Mine looks like this; http://img268.imageshack.us/img268/9200/macbookbuttons.jpg
& The scroll bar(s) are really dull as well; http://riddle.pl/public/blog/img/2009-11-20/scrollbars.png (my scroll bar(s) used to look like the 1st one,but now it looks like the 3rd or 4th one.

Does anyone know why it looks like this?

System Preferences > Appearance > Appearance

To embed an image into your post, use the

button and insert the URL of the image.

Have you installed anything lately?

What exact Mac OS X version do you have? Have you taken a look at System Preferences > Accounts > YOU > Login Items and seen anything suspicious?

Well I installed normal things like a few apps,torrents,etc. Nothing big like a system update or anything (well not lately).

I have 1O.6.3.
I just checked my login items & its nothing out of the ordinary.
