when i plug in my 2g shuffle to my mbp, it says that my usb port is only 1.1. or whatever. It says that i can optimize my connection by plugging it into a 2.0 usb port. Does my mbp have the slower usb?

Are you using Mac OS or Windows? I have gotten that error in Windows before but I don't think I have in Mac OS.
