Why does this Library folder have this marking on it?

I went to save a file from Adobe Acrobat today and in the Documents Folder, there was the following file:

I am not sure what it is or why there is a red circle/white line thereon

Anyone have any ideas? Fix?

I am using Big Sur 11.2.2

This was installed by a version of the Creative Cloud app. You can delete it, and the Adobe app should be updated now so it won’t return.
