Why does Yahoo! News crash my browser?

Not always, but quite frequently, I'll click on a news item on the main News page, the browser will chug away for about 30 seconds with no progress, I get a feeling of impending doom, and then the browser crashes. So far it's happened with Shiira and Safari, so maybe it's a Webkit thing. I don;t know. Is anyone else having this problem? My broswers seems quite stable with almost any other sites.

im having the same problem. its been really bad. it crashes every minute, and will crash if i try to vote on a comment. im starting to think its because of the code its sending. i have a 4 year old 2wire router.
