Why doesn't Best Buy know anything about the new Pros?!?!?!

How long does it usually take for retailers such as Best Buy to get new releases of Apple products?
 
Here in Finland, it takes 1-3 weeks but it's possible to pre-order it today!

Best Buy isn't Apple Store, they know nothing...
