General Why doesn't browserchooser work?

If I remember right from iOS 6, the point of browserchooser was that it would open homescreen bookmarks in Chrome. Do I have a buggy device/download, or is that not something browserchooser does any more? Because absolutely no links or homescreen bookmarks or ANYTHING opens in chrome (with the exception of google apps, but that's a standard feature even without browserchooser).

Maybe it hasn't been updated for iOS 7 yet.

Try browser changer - it works on i5 ios7.0.4.

Might be that the tweak works on iOS 7, but not 64bit (thus, works on 5 and lower, but not 5S)

Browser Changer works for 5s as I have it and it identifies Dolphin Browser as my default.
