Why doesn't dialogue box for printing have multiple tray options?

I have a new MacBook Pro and recently got an Epson Artisan 710. I installed the software that came with the printer but when I try to print, the dialogue box does not let me choose between the two trays (main 8.5 x 11 and supplemental tray for 5 x7 and 4 x 6) in the printer's paper feed.

Not sure what to do.....
