Why doesn't email sent from iPhone change the Reply-To?

I have a Yahoo email account. I changed the mail options so that it uses username@xyz.com in the "Reply-To" instead of username@yahoo.com.

Now if I log in to mail.yahoo.com from a desktop browser and send an email to myself, I'll see that the Reply-To got set correctly.

But I also have my Yahoo email account set up on my iPhone. When I send an email using the iPhone, the "Reply-To" doesn't get set for some reason. Why is that?
