If Mail misidentifies a message as junk, I go into the Junk folder and click the "Not junk" icon. Why doesn't it move the message back into my inbox?

Is this just a problem with my computer? Shouldn't the message be removed from the junk folder automatically if it's not junk?

Hear, hear! Apple usually has such thoughtful software design. Like the weather widget turning from dark purple (night) to blue (daytime).

And then there's this junk mail issue in Mail.app, which seems like it should be an automatic feature rather than a perk.

Anyway, no, I don't have an answer for you, and yeah, I do find it equally irritating.

Okay, so it's not just me. That's reassuring, but it's annoying that Apple hasn't done anything about this for the years they've been working on improving Mail.
