Why doesn’t my iMessage work anymore on my MacBook Pro?

My iMessage on my laptop was always in sync with my iPhone XR. Now if I use my Mac, I get the “Message not delivered” error. If I send a message via my iPhone, and then later view iMessage on my laptop, I’ll see that message listed as being sent.

I can’t see any place to change or edit anything to get it to work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Try signing out of iCloud on both devices. Re-sign in on your phone first then your Mac.
