Why doesn't my music sync

I use apple music and just restored a back up on my new iPhone but my music does not download even when syncing from my computer. How can I get all my music to download if I am using apple music?

I hope that works for you. I had the same issue, no music, and couldn't download anything from iTunes store. Figured I had a bad restore so tried three times. Never worked, but when I setup phone as new, music showed up fine, so I did the painful thing of setting up as new phone, and downloaded all my music, only thing lost was texts, and the three hours setting up phone like it was before.

You need to log-out of the service in my experience, rather than just turning it off. In Music, click on the top-left icon to pull up account details. You can sign-out here and then it will sync using the wire from your computer.

Log in again after the manual sync.
