Why doesn't someone just make a Incipio feather like case made of Gorilla Glass

Seeing this video makes me wonder why someone doesn't just go ahead and make a light (feather like case) for the iPhone made of gorilla glass...

If not that, why not atleast add hard buttons to the side of the incipio feather (similar to apple's bumper case), rather than leaving a giant opening on the side of the phone for the volume buttons leaving it unprotected.

Gorilla glass is not your ordinary glass, did you guys look at the video?

it should work just fine as long as there is some air/empty space between the two layers, the first layer of gorilla glass could absorb most of the shock, err... i think.
