Why don't all notifications make the watch vibrate?

Facebook messenger, whatsapp and text/imessages make my watch vibrate as supposed to yet some don't such as snapchat. The settings are exactly the same. I've tried restarting and unpairing my phone and watch, no success. I've also tried turning the notifications off and back on.

What should I do?
