I've noticed that some games aren't respecting their sound settings, either in app or with the silent switch.
There's a game I play (Star Wars Commander, if it matters). In the game I have sounds and music turned off, but when I start the game, I get the lightsaber start up noise. This is during the title screen, and that doesn't happen at every launch, but it will happen if you force close the app.
The other one I've noticed this is Words With Friends. Silent switch on. But whenever an ad plays, it plays with sound. This would be terrible if I was trying to hide playing this at work or on the toilet.
Are these bugs in the games? Is it working as designed?
