Why don't some .wmv and .avi play on my AlBook?

WMV: Do you have WiMP 9 installed? Version 7 can't play newer files.

AVI: Install 3ivx, which can decode most video formats.

mPlayer - Can play any and all .avi files. for wmv, make sure you have the latest WMP

I never got mPlayer to work. VLC Media Player is an alternative.
