"Contacts Found in Mail" seems to create a ton of address book and contact issues I don't need. I immediately stopped it. Why the heck did they give it to iOS9? Or have I not used it correctly?

Why give iOS9 Contacts Found in Mail if it screws up so badly?

Not sure either. I did turn it back on after limiting iOS contacts to my Google account only. That so far has allowed the autocomplete for selecting contacts in an email to work properly.
