I preordered without the optional engraving and with a 2 day shipping right on september 1st. Why hasn't my ipod touch become ready to ship?

thank you at least someone is feeling my pain...i cant actually help but i dont understand how it takes 7 days to engrave a few letters...by laser!

I ordered Sept. 1st with no engraving and mine has not shipped either..

what annoys me most is that you cant get nothing from apple themselves cos they know nothing

I ordered Sept 1st and went with overnight and it still says "not yet shipped" but it also says that it "delivers Sept. 10th"

I got the 64GB version to so maybe that has somethign to do with it as my local best buy only has the 32GB version of the new touch in stock.
