Why I believe it'll be a soft pull for those upgrading

Last year within the first week I returned multiple times because I was unsure of whether I wanted the plus or not. Each time I had to fill out a new application for the IUP but upon checking my credit report I only show a single pull from Citizens One from September 25th (Launch Day) of last year.

That gives me hope that it'll be a soft pull.

Actually, if done within X days, they do not pull credit again. I think it is 30 days.
