Why I can't upload photo on Facebook?

I currently use Facebook App 3.23 version
for some reason that I can't understand each time I tried to take same photo, the application back to main Facebook app page. :mad:

I didn't know what happen, can anybody help me fix it?
I use iPhone 4 with iOS 4.1
