I was charged $39.99 for a season of Breaking Bad when it is listed as $34.99. I sent an e-mail to iTunes regarding this issue and I have yet to receive a response. I know that all purchases are final on iTunes, but I really hope they aren't going to be so unreasonable, unfair and avaricious as to refuse to refund me the $5 that they unnecessarily retrieved from my store credit.
I would really like to speak to someone over the phone about this but, alas, every Apple representative keeps directing me to the e-mail solution. Seriously, why is it e-mail only? I find that a bit strange and incommensurate with the reality of what iTunes is (i.e., a highly popular, international store that seizes considerable amounts of money and personal information). Surely, a program that is bound up with so much sensitive information and revenue would provide its customers with more than just e-mail correspondence?
I know that online chat options and phone numbers were once available... I wish they still were.
