.. My iPhone than it is in Mac Mail?

On my iPhone, I choose the host like gmail or yahoo, then just out in my password and email and it's made.

On my Mac, I do this but there's errors and then I have to go through like POP and outgoing server stuff that I don't know ..

Why is iPhone > Mac in terms of ease of use?
