iPad Why is it taking so long for social apps to come out for iPad?

I dont understand why popular social media app, like instagram, vine, snapchat.. are taking so long to create iPad version apps. I mean its been more than 5 years(I think) since the original iPad came out..you'd think they would have an iPad app out. I really hate letter boxing.

Instagram is already on iPad. I don't know about others though.
