Yesterday I checked and it said I could. Now its saying I cant?:confused:

Me too

It said I'm eligible for an "early iPhone upgrade" but it was still like $450. This is the 6th iPhone for me and every time I've purchased one in the past, I was able to pay $199 or$299 even though I was only one year into my contract.

I called AT&T to see if that policy changed and was told that they haven't decided yet if they're going to make "exceptions" this year. I understand that it is their prerogative to let people upgrade early or not, but I was kind of frustrated that this decision hadn't been made long ago.

He told me to check back later today and tomorrow to see if I will be eligible for the discounted price, so I guess it's still possible. Bummer that I won't get it on the 21st either way. Oh well.
