Quite often, I will email photos or videos to other iPhone users via my 7+ and almost every time one of the people are unable to view the photo or video and it just shows up as blank. Why is this? Anyone know what if anything can be done to make it display for everyone? This most recent time was video file shot with my iPhone that was 4.5mb.

Thanks.

All are iphone users. for clarification, the photos or videos will not display in the Mail app. When they open the email there is nothing there. It ususally takes quitting the app, restarting the phone, etc. I'm guessing that it doesnt get downloaded, though if so, why doesnt it at least show that there should be something there?

Are the photos HDR and the video H265?
