Why is KeyXing dead?

I've used this since it was available at 2.0 and it was the greatest. It's been unavailable as to why, and it's pissing me off.

Anyone know why it's no longer available?

I've checked all of the other hot key apps out there and none of them seem to be Key Xing from another company...

I had sort of assumed that this is where the keyboard shortcuts functionality in Tiger came from.
