iPod touch Why is Macconnections taking so long!!!

I ordered my ipod touch 4th gen on macconnection.com on the 8th.
And they say it will be shipped on the 8th of next month
Whats up with that!!!?!?!

You ordered a bit to late for the first shipment or so I think. I just received my shipping confirmation today and I ordered on the second. It's suppose to arrive on Thursday. I suggest you don't get fooled by the Oct. 8th shipping date because I was told the same thing. The representative told me that they had a waiting list and that it was Apple's fault for the constant changes in the arrives of the ipods + stockage issues so that's why they gave you that date. I say don't cancel yet because your ipod might get shipped this week along with the first batch that had been sent to them. Plus if you cancel now and order somewhere else, you'll be waiting even longer. Just try to be patient ok.
