iPhone 15 Pro Max Why is my iPhone backup so huge on my Mac

I have a 256gb iPhone and I’ve used 62gb of that space (everything is synced to iCloud). On my Mac this iPhones backup is 91gb.

Anyone know why it’s so huge and how to get it down to a reasonable size?
