Picked up a new maxed out MB Air this week. I love it...it's a great computer.
I'm trying to use Safari but am totally frustrated. It's been this way on my other devices too, and I always seem to go back to Google Chrome there too.
I am trying to upload about 200 pics to Photobucket and on Safari it just slows my computer to a crawl...I cant seem to open any other web pages, and get the spinning beach ball constantly. I stopped the upload and closed Safari. Opened Google Chrome and selected the same 200 pics to upload. No problems now at all. I'm typing this as the upload is happening and there is no lag at all. I even opened up a few more web pages and no slow down whatsoever.
As much as I try to use Apple apps, Safari just doesnt cut it. What gives? Maybe it will get better with Mavericks?...
