The word to the left of the 29, reading from the right to the left is BSPTMBR
Basically the september has a ”B” in front of it almost as if it’s spelled bsptmbr which = bseptember. This isn’t how september is spelled in hebrew you can easily verify this by searching ”september in hebrew”. This is almost right as in it’s only one letter too many but it’s still odd in my opinion.
