I have had this problem for about a year on two different iPhone 5 units. On the keyboard, there is a microphone key, you press it to dictate and do voice-to-text. It is almost always gray on my iPhone 5, I cannot click it.
Several months ago, it was gray about 50% of the time. Then I got my iPhone 5 replaced because the camera was defective. Now it is gray about 90% of the time, although once in a blue moon it works.
Any ideas?
