Why is the discussion regarding the UDID loophole disallowed here?

I find it bizarre, from both the admins of this site and from many of its users who would support a rule like this.

MacRumors reports on things Apple would not like the public to see (such as leaked parts and the like) but yet they disallow people discussing how to get the beta without being a paid dev. It seems such a contradiction!

Exploiting someone's mistakes isn't illegal.

Not paying $99 when you're supposed to is piracy. That's illegal.
