With the Files App, I store most files locally on my phone. When I go to the iCloud Back Up, the file size is vastly different! Can somebody explain??
iPhone Storage...
(note it is 3.21GB)
Estimated size of Files in the iCloud Back Up...
(note it is about 6GB more than iPhone Storage!) There must be some obvious reason for this that I am missing?

The other mystery to me is on the "Offload App" page. it says the Files App itself is 2.9 MB, yet the "Documents & Data" is only 36.3 MB. If this is supposedly data in iCloud, what happens to my 3.21 GB of local files, if I offload the app?
