Has anyone heard why the iPad4 w/Cellular shipping so much later than the Wifi version? Or did I just miss the first wave. I'm seeing 11/26 delivery on my order.

I ordered a 32 GB White Verizon @ 12:03 AM. and my order is still at Preparing for Shipment with an estimated delivery date at "Nov 26".
Are you sure you didnt order an iPad2 by mistake?
I'm pretty sure when they announced the dates in the first place the cellular versions were said to come later in the month.
why? probably to simplify the launch with less sku's and to stagger the release will be easier on their sales/support staff.

With USA Thanksgiving and working in higher ed. I'm hoping it actually it doesn't show too early as my university is closed for a few days. I'd hate to miss the Fex Ex or UPS delivery.

the LTE versions are released later because they are less popular.
apple wants to sell as many iPads as it can in the beginning, so it focuses on producing as many wifi-only models as possible to meet the higher demand for that model type.
sucks that i have to wait a month to get it, but oh well. gotta have LTE
