I somewhat questioned this as well, even having owned a touch for 2 years. After looking at the options out there, playing with other phones, nothing beats this iphone for ease of use IMO. My only complaint is AT&T. their service has lots of holes in it. More bars in more places my rear end.

I saw a friend browsing the internet on his iPhone 2G and I was jealous. My N95 seemed so clunky. Even though the N95 was 3G the iPhone still seemed a much nicer experience.

That combined with the way it displays photos and it's an iPod too...

I now choose to view the internet from my iPhone because it's so quick and easy. If my PC is not on then I am happy to use the iPhone. That never happened with the N95.

Looks too are a huge part of it.

I've had a Trio and a HTC in the past and using the physical keyboard on them was not ideal. I live the iPhone's on-screen keys. It makes so much sense.

....and selling so well, considering the other products on the market:confused:

It's not just one element, but rather how they tie it all together for the user experience.

No other phone out there combines the ease of use, style, hardware, and available software as well as the iPhone does currently. Other phones might be better in one of those categories, but not all of them.

It will take quite a while for other companies to catch up with Apple on the app store side, and while they're catching up, Apple will still be moving farther ahead.

speak for yourselves guys.... I love :apple: however im not trading in my blackberry for an iPhone just yet.:D

Ease of use! Pick one up for the first time and in a few minutes you can easily navigate it's features. It is an Ipod. Endless Apps. Accesories available pretty much in every store you go to. And now a great video camera!

It just works. My girlfriend recently got a blackberry and I couldn't believe the syncing process and the horrid ui. She ended up taking it back after two days and although her pride won't admit it. She's thinking about an iPhone

iPhone is in a class of its own thanks to iTunes and Apple apps. Without iTunes and Apple apps, iPhone is just another smartphone.

You get an erection by looking at a phone? Or dirty fantasies? I've never understood people saying their notebooks/phones are sexy.
I'm the same way. My phone and laptop look cool and all but I would not call it "sexy". Back on topic the phone is really easy to use and is very powerful at the same time. Typical .
