I'm trying to take an album of self made music from my iMac (Monterey 12.6.1) and simply put it on my iPad (iPad Pro 12.9 Ince 3rd gen) but I'm about to throw both the Mac and the iPad away. When I try and drag over the playlist I created in on the Mac music app to the iPad (which is connected to my Mac), sometimes I get the whole album. Other times I get just the playlist. When I try and drag over the files from Finder, the songs transfer but the album art and lyrics don't. I don't want to sync my music. I just want this one album on my iPad. I've gone through and triple checked EVERY song on the Mac music app. All of the details are perfect with every song. What could I possible be missing?
Also, if I click on my iPad under Devices in the music app on my Mac, I see multiple copies of the same song, yet they are not on the iPad. After I discovered mistakes in lyrics, I deleted both the Playlist and the Album. So why would it show that the songs are still there. It seems now you can't delete a song from your iPad using the music app? I believe you could do that back in the Mac iTunes days.
