Why is the O2 business contract so expensive?

I'm looking at purchasing 4 iphones with the possibility of upgrading to 10+, the 100min contract is a waste of time so the next contract is £384p/m, thats £96 per user :eek:
Then there is the phones £457 for x4 16gb. Total first payment almost £850.

So why dont I go for the top spec pay monthly contract at £72p/m and a free 32gb phones. That would be £288p/m and no phone payment?
